This Belgian Style Pale Ale is brewed by the Avery Brewery located in Boulder CO. This bear carries a 5.4% ABV and the bottle stated that it was a limited release.
I found this beer to make a nice amber hue in the glass while creating an off white head that laces nicely on the glass. The aroma is also very inviting as it has subtle hints of fruit and the spice from the Belgian yeast. I found the taste of this beer to be a lot of the same as well as I found banana, peaches, and apricots to go with the wonderful spicy yeast found in the aroma. The finish is slightly bitter, and crisp yet clean.
In my opinion this beer is full flavored, yet medium bodied and carried a wonderful balance. The flavors just danced all over my palate. I would recommend you go and pick this one up before it is to late. I will be seeking it out again.
