This summer seasonal is brewed by the Fordham/Old Dominion Brewery located in Dover DE, and it has a light 5.1% ABV.
I found this beer to pour out a nice hazy golden color typical of a wheat beer. It created a nice amount of head that laced the glass and had a nice retention to it as well. The aroma of this beer contained some lemon, orange, and other citrus tones to as well as some clove, and banana that were rather pleasant. When tasting this beer I found it to have a fantastic light mouthfeel with full flavor as the lemons, and citrus stood out first before the clove and banana showed up in the smooth crisp finish that is perfectly balanced.
Overall I thought this was a fantastic summer beer and I wish there was a way to get this distributed near me. This beer would become a staple in my fridge every summer, and I would be sad to see it go come fall. Thank you Fordham/Old Dominion for sending this my way. It is great!
