This Cream Ale is brewed right down the street from me at the O Fallon Brewery located in O Fallon MO. This is a brand new summer seasonal and it has a 4.5% ABV.
I found this beer to pour a pale yellow color with a decent amount of head with slight retention and small amounts of lace. The aroma of this beer consisted of pale malt, corn, and some cream. When tasting this beer I found it to start off with the corn, and pale malt that was found in the aroma. It has a nice balance to it while finishing up with just a small amount of cream found in the aroma.
Overall this is a good summer beer because it is so light and well balanced however I feel that it needs a bit more flavor in the finish. I would still get it again however. Give it a shot if you have this fine brewery distributed near you.
