Pyramid Fling Pale Ale

Pyramid Fling Pale Ale

This spring seasonal is brewed by the Pyramid brewery which is located in Seattle WA, and it has a 5.2% ABV.

This American Pale Ale pours a nice golden color with lacing and a thick creamy head. When putting the glass to my nose I found it to be a rather bland mix of sweet malt, and citrus hops. The taste of this beer is much better however as it is really smooth and refreshing. There is a nice lemon zest to it and possibly some sweet honey as well as a medium mouthfeel. It finishes up with a mild bitter tart hoppy finish.

Overall I would say that this is a beer that I would consider a nice compliment on a hot day, however there are many other beers that I would choose over it. Would I recommend it sure why not, give it a shot and let me know what you think!

Cheers!
