This beer pours out a nice dark golden color with a thick white head that laced on the glass. The aroma was rather nice as it contained hints of spice, fruit, and Belgian yeast, and it reminded me a lot of Unibroue’s La Fin Du Monde. When tasting this beer I caught some nice fruit tones up front such as orange peel, and banana. The finish of this beer contained some Belgian yeast, spice, and some alcohol that warmed my belly. This beer had a nice mouthfeel to it, and a great balance.
Overall I would say this is a very good beer and I would recommend you give it a shot. I am going to definitely be picking this one up again in the near future.
