This IPA is brewed out of Manhattan KS at the Tallgrass Brewery. It is available year-round and has a 6.3 ABV.
I found this beer to pour a nice dark orange color with a thick off white head that laced nicely on the glass. The aroma of this beer consisted of sweet caramel malt and some nice grapefruit and pine hops. The taste of this beer is very malty up front as the caramel malt really takes over. It has a really nice balance between the malty front and the nice slightly bitter hop finish.
Overall this is a good IPA however I thought it was a bit to malty. I would still recommend it but it isn’t a hop monster by any means.
